Tonight, Ideogram AI has made its 3.0 model available for premium users! Canvas, Magic Fill, and Extend are only supported on versions 2.0 and 3.0.
How to Use Ideogram 3.0
There’s also a brand-new feature — the ability to generate a random style code, similar to how sref codes work in Midjourney.
Since I have a premium subscription, I couldn’t resist testing it out right away!
How to Create a Style Code in Ideogram AI 3.0
Let’s start with something popular — watercolor illustrations. In the prompt field, I simply enter: watercolor clipart on white
In the settings, I select 3.0 Turbo mode, set Style to Random, and hit Generate.
You’ll get 4 different images in completely unique styles.
When you click on each result, you’ll see a style code that you can copy and paste into your next prompt to continue generating in that style.
Let me show you an example. I chose the last image with the mountain.
You can either copy the style code manually or just click the “+” button to automatically insert it into your prompt settings.
After that, just type in your own prompt and hit generate — and you’ll get images in that exact style!

Each generation in 3.0 mode costs 2 credits.
